  Now at the 6 week mark which is tume for the final xrays "Salete" is being extreamly rude mannered and telling me they will not do the x rays without me paying more money!! And they will also not give me the remainder of my money back.

  Each time i went into them for the required after care appoints, Jacinta (with no tact and bad customer service) asked me for more money for the surgery! I spoke to my vet and he assured me again it is fine and it is all covered.

  I was quoted a price for a $2500 for a surgery but reccomended by the vet to apply for $3000 to cover follow up apt, injections, and final xrays at 6 weeks.

  The first time i went in for a follow up apt Jacinta, the "Surgery Manager" asked me for more money for the operation. I found Jacinta to have extreamly bad customer service, rude and never smile with a fowl look on her face. I spoke to the vet who was looking after my dog and he assured me she was incorrect! And that i do not have to pay anymore money as i had already given them the total $3000. Whivh included everything up to the final x rays at 6 weeks.

  I wish I never delt with them at all!!! They have caused me nothing but stress for the past entire 6 weeks, have been rude, shown a lack of communication and tried to charge me more money than i have been quoted!

  The surgery and its employees are lacking in communication and are extreamly difficult, rude and appoling to deal with and have been from day one! They couldnt even correspond between each other.
