  Michael Kettle at First National Caloundra was an absolute nightmare to deal with. Whilst going through the stressful contract process, he was disobliging and apathetic. His appalling customer service and lack of communication left us in the dark and unaware of the status of our purchase (after submitting the contracts). What makes this more upsetting, is that he rudely told us that he followed a "first in, first served" policy, and even though I was FIRST in with a signed contract and deposit, this was definitely not the case. He also replied to my agents queries with rude, one line responses. As a result of his unaccommodating attitude towards prospective clients, I have been left out of pocket due to accrued costs with solicitors and builders. In fact, I received just one call from Michael throughout this entire process. On the verge of buying my first home, I have been left in the dark with no communication and at a financial loss due to Michael Kettle's unprofessional, unethical behaviour.
