  Ben & Alisia are the best locksmiths I have come across, I use them regularly to cut keys and carry out repairs on the rental properties I manage. I find them very reasonably priced, always quick and prompt to undertake work. There is no where else I would trust more to help me. Thanks for all you do.

  This store has extremely poor customer service with a bad attitude. The man whom appears to be head of the store front is very abrupt, rude, aims to rip you off and talks to customers as if they are idiots. An untrustworthy poor excuse for a human being. I’ll never return to any of these franchise stores, especially Caloundra, QLD.

  These guys are awesome my kids loss the keys to my car mind you they are 18 not small kids and I was quoted $200 plus and that was me taking in the lock but these guys where awesome and I didn't even have to pay a third of what the others wanted you are amazing and the customer service was great thanks guys highly recommend
