    Bad customer service. Was on holidays so went into retail store with kids... seen a wii u for sale and asked to buy it. Item was on counter handing over cash only to be told item sold on webshop.... very rude and abrupt...female staff member walked off inbetween serving me. did not offer any resolution or to offer discounts on something else.....typical service one would expect from this established business....

    Terrible service. Was waiting at the counter and the female staff member ignored my attempts to purchase an item. Definitely wont be returning to this store again.

    Purchased what I believed was a new toy only to find item used and broken..... very upset as this was a christmas present for my daughter and made christmas a little unpleasant. This store needs a big improvement.
