  Disgruntled staff (i.e. (names withheld) who travelled from areas outside of 100kms to Caloundra, advised during appointments that they found the travel unpleasant and unnecessary/working conditions poor and hours long and without sufficient breaks).

  No paper underwear or coverup protection during waxing.(dignity/hygiene issue?) - although this may not be necessary for an effective wax/more to maintain dignity (maybe if you bring your own towel/coverup?).

  the best, I arrived didnt have time to get anything done before we went on holidays. They fit me and did my brows so amazing the fastest brazilian wax and tan as well! Im going to come here every holiday!

  Hairs/areas missed (but because wax is so quick it can be overlooked maybe - get the missed area/s next wax - or do it yourself when you get home?).

  Radio not functioning/intermittently playing. Wax bed not comfortable and treatment room in general not inviting.

  A very quick express, no frills, wax and tan place only - not a spa like treatment business (but this is not necessarily a bad thing).
