  Ordered a HDMI AV transmitter / receiver and was told via email that it would work well if the devices were in a direct line and in a close proximity. This expensive product freezes and lags and is often pixelated. I didnt get a good vibe from the manager when i went in the store to collect the items i ordered. The staffed seemed really friendly.

  Rude manager in front of other customers. Made me feel unappreciated while I was happy to wait.

  Initial staff contact - staff member looking aloof as I was clearly returning a product. Next was the manner of the manager - indicating that he thought I was incapable of managing the product problem which he rudely claimed was simple to solve. As it turned out I was correct and he was incorrect in that there was a packaging problem and a piece was missing. Statements such as"I didn't make the camera" are unhelpful when a customer is wishing to resolve a problem. And a manager whom treats a lady with such off handedness is also not acceptable. One for customer, zero for rude staff. Not my first experience of rudeness at this shop so I will be finding somewhere else to spend my money.

  Even the other customers told me that he was grumpy! Regardless of knowledge left a horrible experience in my mind. 2/10.
