  I recently damaged my phone and couldn't unlock it with the password to get access to all my unsaved photos etc. After discussing options for a while they had a great idea to connect a wireless keyboard and mouse via a micro usb adapter and I was then able to unlock it and remove the password. The phone was beyond repair but at least I was able to recover everything I needed. I was also pleasantly surprised they didn't charge me anything even though I offered. Great service from a local small business.

  I've even been able to pay for his repairs by credit card over the phone so he can pop in on his way home from high school and pick it up no problems!

  I would never go back to this store and would never recommend to anyone. I dropped off my laptop for a screen repair. The screen was repaired but I was handed back a laptop that does not work with a battery! It can only run on electricity. What is the use of this?? The technician and manager took no responsibility at all, no apology. Put the blame on me saying it must have been like it before I took it in for repair. How was the screen repaired with the battery in, if it was faulty when I took it in??

  Was served by Channing, he was very helpful and was able to help me more than HP would with my laptop. He was able to successfully get all of my data off of my laptop which had crashed. Very Helpful. Would recommend If you aren't planning on spending too much money as it is highly affordable!

  DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE. For one, I am never happy with their service. The staff are arrogant and unhelpful. A few people have left reviews complaining about hidden costs and devices that have not been fixed properly. The same thing happened to me. I left them my phone to get fixed and it was NOT fixed. The screen was still broken. They refused to give me a refund so my only option was to pay extra for it to get fixed properly or they would give me wrecked, pulled apart phone with no screen! There was no apology and the blame was put back on me for not coming in sooner. I'm sure this is illegal in some way and they have lost my service for good now. There are a few good staff there but its not worth the risk of wasting your money and then being pissed off enough to leave a bad review on google. Go to Smile IT across the road. They are much friendlier and more helpful.

  My son has used them every time to get his screen fixed, he gets it back that day and has saved his life many many times!
