  Dr Ian Webb is an extremely good surgeon and has a very caring and reassuring manner. He listened to all my list of problems I'd been having. Big thumbs up

  My 80 year old mother was in his care for 18months with severe debilitating colitus (a condition which increases risk of bowel cancer dramatically). She had not received a colonoscopy for over 15 years. Despite this, Dr Webb neglected to recommend a colonoscopy. She eventually was so sick that she went to the bowel cancer clinic at Nambour Hospital. The hospital gave her an urgent colonoscopy, found bowel cancer, and have now removed her bowel in it's entirety. She has to live with a Stomer for the remainder of her life. When questioned about his actions, Dr Webb said 'I felt she was too old and too unwell for a colonoscopy'. This is ridiculous - she was in his care for 18 months and he failed to do the most basic due diligence. My family has heard of very bad experiences from other patients of Dr Webb. He should be investigated by the medical board, but I am too busy caring for my mum to make a formal complaint.

  If I could I would I rate them a zero. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and rude service from this clinic in particular their administration staff. Stay clear of the Practice Manager who actually told me to "go to Nambour Hospital". Absolutely unprofessional and would NEVER recommend.

  One of the most caring specialist doctors that I have ever come across. He took the time to contact me personally once my blood tests were forwarded to him and has even come in whilst on holidays to see me. Absolutely fantastic.
