  mechanic said it had a oil leakage somewhere but could not tell me where the oil leak was coming from , so he told Ray the owner/operator of the business although Ray didn't see for himself the oil-leaking or oil leak he seemed to take the word of his employee naturally , so did I , ok I said how much will it cost to fix this oil leak, I asked Ray , Ray said that's something I can't quote a new set of brake pads can be quoted, Oil leaks cannot bc we ( Auto leaders ) don't know where it is ( the oil leakage ) so basically open cost ( Basically open you're wallet whatever it cost it will cost) bc auto leaders had no idea how much it will cost nor tell me where the oil is leaking from , they said may be gearbox or engine .with that I took the car home then realized not one drop of oil on my garage floor so

  I recently recommended my daughter in law to go there for work on her Volvo after receiving a quote for work from another service outlet. She said Ray and his team were great to deal with and the quote was well under the other. Work completed to her satisfaction. Well done Ray and the team we will both be back.

  After having an issue on Fraser Island I was towed here and received fantastic service and great communication. I'm sure there is cheaper options but the workmanship was on point. Thanks for helping me get back to Melbourne .

  firstly I rang Auto leaders and Ray answered the phone , I explained I couldn't see any oil spillage on my garage floor with that Ray started to get angry & said I have been doing this since I was 15 years old ,getting very defensive and raving on so I managed to get a word in & said Im not arguing with you Ray I'm just saying there is no oil on my garage floor could you're mechanic made a mistake , Then he (Ray) got even angrier and started yelling , get your safety certificate somewhere else & I (Ray) will refund you you're $78 dollars back when you show me a safety certificate from another mechanic ,I said ok, so I took it (My Car ) on the

  So not only I had a vic Road worthy certificate , I also had another QLD mechanic written safety certificate . Safety Certificate was shown to Ray although Ray didn't keep his word , He didn't give me my refund as he (Ray) PROMISED .NO THANKS TO CALOUNDRA AUTO LEADERS.;( no oil leak or open wallet for caloundra auto leaders.

  Ok , I put my car ( later model car ) in for a safety certificate / road worthy in Caloundra auto leaders ,bc I brought it from vic so it had a road worthy from vic & I wanted to get a QLD safety certificate to take it to QLD transport to get it registered , trouble started there ,

  Honest, helpful, reliable & friendly service. I am not from Caloundra, but found myself needing someone to help me with an unexpected problem with my car on a Saturday. Although they were unable to fix my car on the day, they had it sorted Monday.

  following day to another Mechanic (they) more then one mechanic checked over the car top to bottom & Found absolutely no signs of the mystery oil leak & found it to be very much in road worthy state so they found absolutely no sign of a oil leak & wrote out a safety certificate.

  I have taken my 97 Hiace Van in for services + tune ups here for now more then the past 5 years & these guys do an exceptional job. Ray is straight up with you about everything & always calls up first if something is urgently needing done & tries to find you the best price on second hand parts if available. My experiences with these guys have been nothing but professional & communication excellent & has kept me coming back happily as a repeat customer. Would highly recommend!
